With this pre-engineered system sizing program you will only have two items to enter, the line diameter of each pipe in the system and the required air velocity to convey the material being picked up by the system. That requirement will be taken from a chart listing over 300 various materials and the velocity for conveying them. That's all, your job is over. When you enter the velocity and click out of that cell, the program instantly calculates the Collector Size and arrangement that should be used for this system, according to the particle sizes that are to be collected.

It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3 and it can save you a lot of money from lost production time, and possibly the cost of legal fees trying to recover the expenditures for the rework or replacement of the system. I have seen it happen, and I have supplied replacements required to correct bad design by companies who were not really in the business of designing and fabricating, or manufacturing, Air Pollution Abatement Equipment.
